Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USING ROYAL MAIL 

UK CUSTOMERS 

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within a minimum of 48 hours after purchase is confirmed. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked48. Orders over £35 automatically qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

For international orders, items may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the country being shipped to. Tracking is included as standard on all international orders. Please see our policies page for more information.

EU CUSTOMERS

Please be advised that we are no longer shipping to EU countries and this is unlikely to change for the foreseeable.

USA CUSTOMERS

Due to the recent tarriffs imposed by America, we have had to increase our prices by 10%. We appologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

If wishing to return items, this must be done within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund. You can contact us to arrange a return label. Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been returned and are in the condition when delivered. Please see our returns policy for more information.
